Arizona Non-Resident CCW Permit
3-hour Arizona State Non-Resident Concealed Carry Weapons Permit allows a non-resident of the state of Arizona to carry in Arizona and 30 other States.
Permit requires proof of a pistol safety class, review of Arizona Statute ARS 13-3112, two fingerprints and a passport photo. We provide fingerprints, application assistance, and self-addressed envelope. Permit is good for 5 years.
After completing your training, you will need to submit an application to the Arizona Department of Public Safety for your Arizona Non-Resident CCW permit. The following information is from the Florida Division of Licensing that administers the state concealed firearms permit program.
Requirements:
- Be a resident of this state or a United States citizen;
- Be twenty-one years of age or older
- Not be under indictment for a felony offense;
- Not be convicted of a felony offense, unless the conviction has been expunged, set aside, vacated or pardoned, or the individuals right to possess firearms has be restored AND the individual must not be a prohibited possessor under state or federal law.
- Not suffer from mental illness and been adjudicated mentally incompetent or committed to a mental institution;
- Not be unlawfully present in the United States;
- Complete a firearms safety training program pursuant to A.R.S. 13-3112.N(link is external).

Florida Non-Resident CCW Permit
3-hour Florida State Non-Resident Concealed Carry Weapons Permit allows a non-resident of the state of Florida to carry in Florida and 34 other States.
Permit requires proof of a pistol safety class, review of Chapter 790 Florida Statutes, fingerprints and a passport photo. We provide fingerprints, application assistance, and self-addressed envelope. Permit is good for 7 years.
After completing your training, you will need to submit an application to Florida for your Florida CCW permit. The following information is from the Florida Division of Licensing that administers the state concealed firearms permit program.
Requirements:
- Applicant must be at least 21 years of age
- Proof of good character -- whereas the applicant:
- has not been convicted of a felony;
- has not been convicted of any crime of violence;
- has not been convicted of any offense involving the use of alcohol;
- has not been convicted of any offenses involving the unlawful use of narcotics or other controlled substances;
- has not been convicted of any offenses involving moral turpitude;
- has not been convicted of any offense involving domestic violence;
- has not been adjudicated by a court of a state or of the United States as mentally incompetent, unless the adjudication has been withdrawn or reversed

Maryland Non-Resident Wear and Carry CCW Permit
****MUST HAVE NEW YORK CITY CCW PROOF OF CERTIFICATIONS****
Approved Wear and Carry Permit training courses are offered by Maryland State Police approved Qualified Handgun Instructors who have established an account through the Maryland State Police MyLicense/E-Gov site.
Training is valid until the permit expiration. However, you must receive subsequent training within 2 years of submitting your renewal or subsequent application.
Wear and Carry Permit training is 16 hours of instruction for an original application and 8 hours of instruction for a renewal application. The approved training is offered by a Qualified Handgun Instructor and includes:
- Instruction on state firearm law
- Instruction on home firearm safety
- Instruction on handgun mechanisms and operation
- A live-fire component that requires the applicant to demonstrate gun safety and proficiency with a minimum score of 70% accuracy
Requirements:
- An applicant who is 21 years of age or is a person who is a member of the U.S. Armed Forces, the National Guard, or the uniformed services. (PS 5-306(a)(1)(i))
- Has not been convicted of a felony or a misdemeanor for which a sentence of imprisonment for more than one year has been imposed; or convicted of a criminal offense for which you could have been sentenced to more than 2 years' incarceration.
- Has not been convicted of a crime involving the possession, use, or distribution of a controlled dangerous substance.
- Is not presently an alcoholic, addict, or habitual user of a controlled dangerous substance unless under legitimate medical direction.
- Based on an investigation, has not exhibited a propensity for violence or instability that may reasonably render the person’s possession of a handgun a danger to the person or others.
- Unless exempt, has successfully completed the Maryland State Police approved firearms training course within 2 years prior to submitting the original or renewal application. Training must be successfully completed prior to submitting the application, unless you are exempt from the training requirement.

Utah Non-Resident CCW Permit
4-hour Utah Non-Resident Concealed Carry Weapons Pistol Permit Class allows you to carry concealed in Utah and 32 other States.
Includes:
- Utah Pistol Permit Application (and assistance with filling out the application)
- One Passport Photo
- Fingerprinting provided on-site (required for permit application)
- Copy of your photo ID
- Pre-Addressed Envelope to mail your application to the state of Utah
- Applicant must be at least 21 years of age
- Proof of good character…whereas the applicant:
